Sabine has worked on the worx product since its first release in 2009. She has implemented worx with companies of all sizes, and thrives on finding solutions, whatever the challenge. She bridges the gap between customers and technicians. Lately, she's been focused on optimal user experience design and interested in agile management techniques. Her business management background and experience of working with users of all kinds drives her to build user friendly and effective solutions.
Jonathan joined LTC in 2016. Jonathan represents the interests of LTC's principal customer and owner, Alpha CRC Ltd. where he is CTO. Over 25 years in the industry, Jonathan has purchased, configured and deployed almost every major Localization GMS on the market. His Operations team is responsible for the provision of multiple Translation Management Servers to hundreds of internal staff. Jonathan is part of a consultancy team which ensures customers are provided with the correct technology to integrate smoothly with their CMS. At LTC, Jonathan has greatly enjoyed being able to convert this feedback into new development ideas.
Alex is a perfectionist, lover of truth and our very own Master of Computer Science. He has been in the IT industry since 1999, starting as a developer. He started as Alpha's Software Development Director since 2015. Alex has a wide and varied experience managing development projects for clients in different areas and industries, ranging from language learning systems, banking, pharmaceuticals to online gaming.
A talented software engineer and architect, Kirill is on a mission to build software using modern technologies, which adapts to clients' changing and growing requirements with utter ease. He solves complex technical issues fast, and provides mentoring and support to his team members. He is a true innovation powerhouse.
Originally as a software developer and more recently in his role as business analyst, Sergei has worked in teams with Alex for over 20 years. He joined the Worx team in 2018. His strengths and experience, when investigating the most complex of business requirements, make him a highly skilled communicator, who provides the team with clear and effective planning. LTC's bespoke solutions service start with him.
Milana joined Alpha as a QA tester in the development department in 2016, and quickly climbed the ranks. She strives to deliver quality products for complex projects, and has detailed-oriented and analytical approach to business requirements with a strong focus on user experience. In contrast to the technical nature of her job and skill set, Milana went through Art School in her teens. She is well-versed and accomplished in the visual arts, as well as still practicing it as a hobby.
Antonina thrives on offering first-class support to clients, no matter the issue. She treats every support ticket as a priority, and is dedicated to solving each and every one - expertly juggling issues. Antonina loves riding her motorbike, driving fast and living free, exploring cities, beaches and nature. If you want a smooth ride when it comes to support, put her in charge.
Will is the newest (and youngest) member of our team. It's Will's role to interpret the desired User eXperience from the Product Requirement Documents and combine this with the Product Specification to create a UI which offers a pleasing and user-friendly experience. Will joined the team for our latest 3.5 release and is responsible for the new UX Client and Supplier Portals. His portals communicate with Worx via its new REST API. Will is now designing for our 4.0 cloud product.
Birgit joined LTC in 2019 when we were lucky enough to poach her full-time from Alpha CRC, where she has had a 20-year career, first as a translator and then as QA Manager. Birgit builds and configures test environments, meticulously explores new software and documents it. Since our 3.4.3 release Birgit's team has contributed clear and detailed User and Admin guides for LTC Worx, as well as coordinating their translation into German and French. Birgit and her team provide valuable feedback from the perspective of the translator and localization project manager. Birgit has extensive knowledge of translation servers and what is required of a content connector.
